Meet Kealohi
Kealohi is a sleek black domestic short hair kitty with a warm, curious heart. She came into foster care as a caring mom cat, raising her kittens. Now that all of her babies have found their forever homes, it’s finally Kealohi’s turn to be spoiled.
Kealohi is an incredibly affectionate girl who thrives on companionship. She absolutely adores other cats and needs to go to a home with a friendly feline companion to cuddle and play with. She’s just as fond of people, happily curling up in laps for snuggles and keeping you company throughout the day. While she loves being close, she’d prefer to keep all four paws on the ground; being picked up just isn’t her thing, and she’ll let you know by squirming away!
Whether she’s chasing toys, snuggling with another cat, or chatting with her favorite people, Kealohi brings joy wherever she goes. She’s also wonderfully easy to care for, with excellent litter box manners and an enthusiastic appetite.
If you’re looking for a loving, social companion who will happily fill your home with purrs, playful antics, and endless affection, Kealohi is ready to meet you at Wheaton Petsmart.

If a cat or dog is on our website, it is still available for adoption but might have other applicants. If you find yourself interested in one of our animals, submit a no-commitment application immediately. Submitting an application does not commit you to any animal, but does get you a head start with the adoption approval process. Due to a high volume of applications, we are often unable to respond to questions until your application has been approved in approximately 3-5 business days.
We do not schedule meetings until you have an approved application.
A.R.F.-Animal Rescue Foundation does not have a facility where applicants can visit all of our animals. The majority of our dogs and cats are brought to adoption events by our volunteers. We invite everyone to come to our events, but we give priority to pre-approved applicants.
If you’re invited to meet an animal:
- Plan to arrive early, as we cannot hold animals for any reason.
- All human household members and dogs (if adopting another dog), must be present in order to be considered as a potential adopter.
Thank you for your interest and cooperation!
