Meet Gnocchi

Meet Gnocchi!

Gnocchi is a beautiful dilute calico mama with a heart full of love and a story that deserves the happiest ending. At around 4 years old, this incredible girl has spent the last few months doing what she does best—being the most devoted mother to her beloved “Noodle Litter.” From the moment her babies arrived, Gnocchi has nurtured, protected, and cared for them with endless patience and affection.

Now that her kittens are growing up, it’s finally Gnocchi’s turn to be cared for.

Despite being abandoned by her previous owners and left to fend for herself outdoors, Gnocchi has never lost her loving spirit. She greets her foster mom with affection every day and is always eager for attention, pets, and companionship. Her ideal day is simple: plenty of snacks, lots of head scratches, and ending the evening curled up next to her favorite person for a cozy cuddle session.

Gnocchi is the kind of cat who forms deep bonds with her people. She longs for a family that will provide the safety, security, and unconditional love she has always deserved. After everything she’s been through, she is more than ready to leave her days of uncertainty behind and spend the rest of her life being cherished.

 Personality: Affectionate, gentle, loyal, nurturing

Favorite Activities: Getting pets, enjoying treats, following her people around, and late-night cuddles

Ideal Home: A loving family ready to spoil her with affection and give her the safe forever home she’s been waiting for

Gnocchi has spent her life caring for others. Now she’s searching for someone who will care for her. Could that be you?

  • Microchip and registration, a permanent identification to reunite lost pets with their owners
  • Initial de-worming and flea and tick treatment

  • Age-appropriate vaccines
  • Pre-adoption medical exam
  • A certificate for a free healthy pet exam at one of A.R.F.’s participating veterinarians within 7 days of adoption

If a cat or dog is on our website, it is still available for adoption but might have other applicants. If you find yourself interested in one of our animals, submit a no-commitment application immediately. Submitting an application does not commit you to any animal, but does get you a head start with the adoption approval process. Due to a high volume of applications, we are often unable to respond to questions until your application has been approved in approximately 3-5 business days.

We do not schedule meetings until you have an approved application.

A.R.F.-Animal Rescue Foundation does not have a facility where applicants can visit all of our animals.  The majority of our dogs and cats are brought to adoption events by our volunteers. We invite everyone to come to our events, but we give priority to pre-approved applicants.

If you’re invited to meet an animal:

  • Plan to arrive early, as we cannot hold animals for any reason.
  • All human household members and dogs (if adopting another dog), must be present in order to be considered as a potential adopter.

Thank you for your interest and cooperation!
