Meet Vivienne

Vivienne is sweet, easy-going, and loves attention. She was left at the ARF building with a note to take care of her and that she was friendly. She has lived up to being quite friendly! She would love nothing more than to curl up next to you. While you give her pets and scratches, she’ll supply the purrs while making biscuits. She is open to pets anywhere - head, chest, belly, tail, and doesn’t even mind having her paws touched!

She is starting to learn about toys and has taken interest in small soft items she can hold in her paws (wand toys seem to frighten her). She has impressed her fosters by only using the scratching pads when she needs to get a good scratching session in. She seems to know exactly what they are for! She loves a good hiding spot, so she’d love if you gave her a spot or 2 she can retreat and nap when she needs some downtime. She’ll let you know with cute little meows when she wants some attention or would like some food. She’s an only cat at her current foster home, but would likely do well with a companion.

Vivienne is gray with a white patch on her belly and the tiniest white patch on her chest. She’s so adorable that even she has to stop to take in her own reflection any time she passes a mirror or reflective surface. She’s ready for her forever home!

Vivienne  is micro-chipped, up to date on all vaccinations,  spayed, and litter box trained.

Vivienne's adoption fee is $135.  If you are interested in meeting Vivienne, please fill out our Online Application today!

Once your application has been approved, an ARF volunteer will be able to contact you to arrange a meeting.

  • Pre-adoption medical exam
  • A certificate for a free healthy pet exam at one of A.R.F.’s participating veterinarians within 7 days of adoption

If a cat or dog is on our website, it is still available for adoption but might have other applicants. If you find yourself interested in one of our animals, submit a no-commitment application immediately. Submitting an application does not commit you to any animal, but does get you a head start with the adoption approval process. Due to a high volume of applications, we are often unable to respond to questions until your application has been approved in approximately 3-5 business days.

We do not schedule meetings until you have an approved application.

A.R.F.-Animal Rescue Foundation does not have a facility where applicants can visit all of our animals.  The majority of our dogs and cats are brought to adoption events by our volunteers. We invite everyone to come to our events, but we give priority to pre-approved applicants.

If you’re invited to meet an animal:

  • Plan to arrive early, as we cannot hold animals for any reason.
  • All human household members and dogs (if adopting another dog), must be present in order to be considered as a potential adopter.

Thank you for your interest and cooperation!
