Meet Siete
Meet Claws (aka Siete — but around here, everyone just calls me Claws!)
On paper, my name is Siete, but my foster parents affectionately nicknamed me Claws. Why? Well, when I first met my foster dad, I immediately latched onto him — nails and all (they hadn’t been trimmed yet!) — and the name just stuck. Now, everyone calls me Claws, and honestly, I think it suits me!
I came into rescue as an owner surrender when I was just 5 months old. I’m not sure why I was given up so young, but I consider myself lucky — I landed in a warm, loving foster home where I’ve been learning to trust and gain confidence every day. My foster mama and papa are incredibly kind and patient, and thanks to them, I’ve already made big progress.
I’ve discovered that I love to play — anything that rolls, bounces, or lets me chase, leap, and pounce is my kind of fun. I’m a little ball of energy when the toys come out! But once I’ve had my fun, I’m more than happy to curl up beside you for a cozy snuggle. I’m the perfect mix of playful and affectionate — a sweet little soul who loves being loved.
I’ve also met my foster kitty siblings and think I’d thrive in a home with another friendly cat. Having a buddy gives me extra confidence and helps me feel safe as I settle in.
All I ask is a little patience — I may be a bit shy at first, but give me some time and love, and I promise I’ll become your new favorite cuddle buddy. If you’re looking for a sweet, playful companion who’s ready to bloom in a forever home, I’d love to meet you. Could you be my person?
Siete is micro-chipped, up to date on all vaccinations, spayed/neutered , and litter box trained.
Siete's adoption fee is $135. If you are interested in meeting Siete, please fill out our Online Application today!
Once your application has been approved, an ARF volunteer will be able to contact you to arrange a meeting.

If a cat or dog is on our website, it is still available for adoption but might have other applicants. If you find yourself interested in one of our animals, submit a no-commitment application immediately. Submitting an application does not commit you to any animal, but does get you a head start with the adoption approval process. Due to a high volume of applications, we are often unable to respond to questions until your application has been approved in approximately 3-5 business days.
We do not schedule meetings until you have an approved application.
A.R.F.-Animal Rescue Foundation does not have a facility where applicants can visit all of our animals. The majority of our dogs and cats are brought to adoption events by our volunteers. We invite everyone to come to our events, but we give priority to pre-approved applicants.
If you’re invited to meet an animal:
- Plan to arrive early, as we cannot hold animals for any reason.
- All human household members and dogs (if adopting another dog), must be present in order to be considered as a potential adopter.
Thank you for your interest and cooperation!
