Meet Pascal
Oh boy, are you ready for me? I am such a ham! When I first got here, I was a little shy, but that lasted for all of 5 minutes. Being here where I get lots of food and attention is much better than where I came from. My healing wounds are a testament to the rough life I had before I was saved. I am such a friendly guy. I am constantly head-butting people when they get near me, in hopes that they'll give me some good scratches. My chin, neck and head are where I like to be pet the most, but really, I'll take any attention I can get. I have the cutest little meow, and I'm not afraid to use it to get what I want.
I enjoy chasing toys like balls and laser pointers and spending time up in my cat tree. I like being able to look out the window to watch the world go by. I would love nothing more than a nice warm lap to curl up in when I'm sleepy and want to cuddle. I will be such a great companion and can't wait to hear all about your day. I'll be sure to tell you about mine, too.
Well, here I am, hanging out at the Oswego PetSmart (350 Fifth St, Oswego), waiting for you to come and take me home. I'm a pretty laid back guy and would do well in just about any home. Kids, cats, even a friendly dog would be fine with me. What are you waiting for?? Let's snuggle!

If a cat or dog is on our website, it is still available for adoption but might have other applicants. If you find yourself interested in one of our animals, submit a no-commitment application immediately. Submitting an application does not commit you to any animal, but does get you a head start with the adoption approval process. Due to a high volume of applications, we are often unable to respond to questions until your application has been approved in approximately 3-5 business days.
We do not schedule meetings until you have an approved application.
A.R.F.-Animal Rescue Foundation does not have a facility where applicants can visit all of our animals. The majority of our dogs and cats are brought to adoption events by our volunteers. We invite everyone to come to our events, but we give priority to pre-approved applicants.
If you’re invited to meet an animal:
- Plan to arrive early, as we cannot hold animals for any reason.
- All human household members and dogs (if adopting another dog), must be present in order to be considered as a potential adopter.
Thank you for your interest and cooperation!
