Meet Beau and Guy Fiere (Bonded)
Meet the unlikely duo- Guy Fiere and Beau.
Guy Fiere- The Mayor of Flavortown (and the snuggle district) Looking for a cool cat with a big heart and chill vibes? Meet Guy Fiere, a sleek black gentleman with the charisma of a talk show host and the soul of a teddy bear. Guy is the full package: he is friendly, cuddly, talkative, and get's along great with other animals, especially kittens (he's been known to try and nurse them- yes, seriously). He's the kind of cat who makes every other cat feel welcome, every dog feel accepted, and every human feel loved. Laid back is his default setting and he is all about good vibes, great conversation, and good company. This boy is ready to roll into your heart- no reservation required.
Beau- Our little miracle surprise baby! Beau surprised everyone by being born to his mom, Trixie, on transport from a high kill shelter. No one had expected Trixie to be pregnant and were shocked when Beau made his appearance into the world. Since then, he has grown into such a handsome and sweet little gentleman. He has always been a great eater and lives for meal time. All that fuel has to go somewhere, and for Beau it all goes in to playtime. He is obsessed with a good laser toy and will spin in circles for that magical red dot. Wand toys are a close second, which he will chase for hours. He is a big fan of attacking those silly moving feet under blankets and cuddling up on a good warm lap.
Guy and Beau met in their foster home and instantly bonded. Beau was looking for a cuddle friend and Guy was happy to oblige. Despite their difference in age, the two are often found together playing and cuddled up. Guy has a desire to nurture and Beau is thrilled to let him. Although they are such an unlikely duo, they are quite happy and would prefer to stay together.
We encourage you to consider adopting kittens in pairs! There are several reasons why Beau would do good with a friend, including:
-Two kittens keep each other entertained - they will play and get all their energy out on each other in time for snuggles with you!
-Having two kittens to play with each other prevents "I'm lonely and bored" behavioral issues.
-Watching two kittens wrestle is quite possibly the cutest thing you will ever see.
-The kittens will teach each other "how to cat" and learn to be more social with humans and people.
-You'll save two lives instead of one!
Beau is microchipped, up to date on all vaccinations, neutered , and litter box trained.
Beau 's adoption fee is $300 ($165 +$135). Please note A.R.F. does not approve applications for any kitten under 6 months of age to families that live outside of Illinois and/or beyond 100 miles of Wheaton or Glen Ellyn, IL.
If you are interested in meeting Beau , please fill out our
online kitten adoption application at https://www.arf-il.org/adopt/application/ today!
Once your application has been approved, an A.R.F. volunteer will be able to contact you to arrange a meeting.
Meet Guy Fiere- The Mayor of Flavortown (and the snuggle district) Looking for a cool cat with a big heart and chill vibes? Meet Guy Fiere, a sleek black gentelman with the charisma of a talk show host and the sould of a teddy bear. Like any celebrity, Guy Fiere has his boundries. He can get a bit overstimulated when there is too much going on and become a bit mouthy. Although he has never bit down, he would do best in a home with no young children for everyone's comfort. Guy Fiere is the ultimate good boy looking for a great furever family to match. This boy is ready to roll into your heart- no reservation required.

If a cat or dog is on our website, it is still available for adoption but might have other applicants. If you find yourself interested in one of our animals, submit a no-commitment application immediately. Submitting an application does not commit you to any animal, but does get you a head start with the adoption approval process. Due to a high volume of applications, we are often unable to respond to questions until your application has been approved in approximately 3-5 business days.
We do not schedule meetings until you have an approved application.
A.R.F.-Animal Rescue Foundation does not have a facility where applicants can visit all of our animals. The majority of our dogs and cats are brought to adoption events by our volunteers. We invite everyone to come to our events, but we give priority to pre-approved applicants.
If you’re invited to meet an animal:
- Plan to arrive early, as we cannot hold animals for any reason.
- All human household members and dogs (if adopting another dog), must be present in order to be considered as a potential adopter.
Thank you for your interest and cooperation!
