Meet Claude
Claude is an approximately 10 year old purebred male grey miniature poodle who weighs in at 12 pounds. This dog's adoption fee is $200. If you are still interested, please read more below.
Claude is a super sweet senior! He is healthy with good heart sounds. He does have high blood pressure, and takes meds for that. He is fine with cats (ignores them) and
gets along well with other dogs. He has a very calm personality and all of the dogs in his foster mom's house responded very well to Claude right from the start.
Claude wears a belly band for urinary incontinence and may have #2 accidents occasionally.
He is a calm, quiet, loving and grateful little man who is just looking for a quiet home, someone to love and someone to love him, some good food (though he isn't picky) and a comfortable dog bed to nap in, the occasional walk and as much affection as you can give
him.
Give this boy a chance. He will give you many more years of love and loyalty.
Claude is microchipped, up to date on all vaccinations and neutered. This dog's family will be required to complete a basic obedience course of their choosing. A meeting will not be scheduled until you have an approved application, so if you are interested in adopting this dog, fill out an Online Application today! Once your application has been approved, an ARF volunteer will contact you to arrange a meeting.

If a cat or dog is on our website, it is still available for adoption but might have other applicants. If you find yourself interested in one of our animals, submit a no-commitment application immediately. Submitting an application does not commit you to any animal, but does get you a head start with the adoption approval process. Due to a high volume of applications, we are often unable to respond to questions until your application has been approved in approximately 3-5 business days.
We do not schedule meetings until you have an approved application.
A.R.F.-Animal Rescue Foundation does not have a facility where applicants can visit all of our animals. The majority of our dogs and cats are brought to adoption events by our volunteers. We invite everyone to come to our events, but we give priority to pre-approved applicants.
If you’re invited to meet an animal:
- Plan to arrive early, as we cannot hold animals for any reason.
- All human household members and dogs (if adopting another dog), must be present in order to be considered as a potential adopter.
Thank you for your interest and cooperation!
