Meet Flo-Jo

Flo-Jo could, quite possibly, be the most perfect cat.  Not only has she been an amazing momma to her five adorable babies, she is quite amazing herself!  Flo-Jo is a super affectionate cat that loves to be held and get lots of attention.  She is a great lap cat and will provide a lifetime of endless affection to her forever family.  She has the cutest, most polite little meow which she will often use to get your attention. She is a great conversationalist and will make sure you never feel lonely.

Just because she is a mom, doesn't mean she can't still be a kitten.  She has tons of kitten energy and absolutely loves to play.  Wand toys and shoelaces are her favorite, but she will also be found quite often chasing mice and playing with her babies.  She certainly knows how to have a good time.  She enjoys looking out the window and laying in the sun.  She loves to be right up in your face so that she can get lots of attention.  She gives sweet kisses and has a cute little purr.  Belly rubs are a must, and pets everywhere else are a bonus.  Now that her babies are older and finding their own homes, she is ready to find hers.  There isn't a single negative thing to say about this lovely kitty.  She deserves an amazing family to share her love with.

Given a proper introduction, Flo-Jo would do fine with another kitty or even a gentle doggy in her new home.  She would be happy going home with one of her babies, as she loves them very much, but she would also do fine on her own as well. She does great with kids of all ages and would make a great addition to any family.

Flo-Jo is micro-chipped, up to date on all vaccinations, spayed and litter box trained. Flo-Jo's adoption fee is $135. If you are interested in meeting Flo-Jo, please fill out our Online Application today!

Once your application has been approved, an ARF volunteer will be able to contact you to arrange a meeting.

If a cat or dog is on our website, it is still available for adoption but might have other applicants. If you find yourself interested in one of our animals, submit a no-commitment application immediately. Submitting an application does not commit you to any animal, but does get you a head start with the adoption approval process. Due to a high volume of applications, we are often unable to respond to questions until your application has been approved in approximately 3-5 business days.

We do not schedule meetings until you have an approved application.

A.R.F.-Animal Rescue Foundation does not have a facility where applicants can visit all of our animals.  The majority of our dogs and cats are brought to adoption events by our volunteers. We invite everyone to come to our events, but we give priority to pre-approved applicants.

If you’re invited to meet an animal:

  • Plan to arrive early, as we cannot hold animals for any reason.
  • All human household members and dogs (if adopting another dog), must be present in order to be considered as a potential adopter.

Thank you for your interest and cooperation!
