Meet Echo & Rustle (bonded pair)

Hi, we’re a pretty terrific pair of brothers.  Not only do we look super cool with our unique markings, we act pretty cool too.  We have been in a foster home with a large dog and resident cats and we love them!  You won’t find us hiding when we hear loud noises or new people come to visit, we’re always just chilling with each other.  We sleep, eat, and play together.  Our favorite toys include a laser pointer, small crafts balls, and ping pong balls - pretty much anything that rolls actually!

Echo likes to say hello and be in any room that people are in, but he really prefers to be close to his brother.  Rustle loves to be close to Echo too but he also loves to cuddle up near you whether you are watching tv, reading, or working.  Echo has short hair with swirl-like markings and Rustle is bunny soft with cool brown and black markings as well.  We think Rustle might end up with medium length hair compared to Echo.  He has a little extra fluff around his ears and his tail.  These brothers have a really strong bond.  I would love to talk with you more about them!

Both are microchipped, up to date on all vaccinations, neutered, and litter box trained.

The adoption fee is $330 ($165x2). If you are interested in meeting Echo and Rustle, please fill out our online kitten adoption application at https://www.arf-il.org/adopt/application/ today!

Once your application has been approved, an A.R.F. volunteer will be able to contact you to arrange a meeting.

If a cat or dog is on our website, it is still available for adoption but might have other applicants. If you find yourself interested in one of our animals, submit a no-commitment application immediately. Submitting an application does not commit you to any animal, but does get you a head start with the adoption approval process. Due to a high volume of applications, we are often unable to respond to questions until your application has been approved in approximately 3-5 business days.

We do not schedule meetings until you have an approved application.

A.R.F.-Animal Rescue Foundation does not have a facility where applicants can visit our animals.  The majority of our dogs and cats are brought to adoption events by our volunteers. We invite everyone to come to our events, but we give priority to pre-approved applicants.

If you’re invited to meet an animal:

  • Plan to arrive on time (or early), as we cannot hold animals for any reason.
  • All human household members and dogs (if adopting another dog), must be present in order to be considered as a potential adopter.

Thank you for your interest and cooperation!
