Meet Ladybug
Meet Ladybug – A Gentle Soul Ready for Her Second Chance!
Ladybug is a gorgeous domestic cat with soft, silky medium-to-short fur and a heart full of love. Her life recently changed when her former family welcomed a baby, and all the new activity left her feeling stressed. Through no fault of her own, she was recently surrendered back to us— and now she’s looking for the forever family who will give her the love and stability she deserves.
This sweet girl can be shy and a little anxious at first, but she’s currently in a loving foster home where she’s working on building her confidence again. With patience, kindness, and time, Ladybug shows her true personality: a vocal, affectionate kitty who loves chatting with her humans and soaking up all the pets she can get. She thrives on attention and will happily curl up beside you, purring her way into your heart.
Ladybug is okay around other cats, though her true happiness comes from being with her people. She hasn’t been around dogs, so her reaction is unknown, but with the right introductions she may be just fine. She’s also wonderfully low-maintenance — fully litterbox trained, spayed, and up to date on her vaccinations, so she’s ready to join her forever home right away.
With her tender spirit, loving nature, and sweet little voice, Ladybug is ready to bring warmth and companionship into someone’s life. All she needs now is a family willing to open their hearts to her and give her the safe, loving home she’s been waiting for.
Ladybug is micro-chipped, up to date on all vaccinations, spayed/neutered, and litter box trained. Ladybug's adoption fee is $135.00. If you are interested in meeting Ladybug, please fill out our Online Application today!
Once your application has been approved, an ARF volunteer will be able to contact you to arrange a meeting.

If a cat or dog is on our website, it is still available for adoption but might have other applicants. If you find yourself interested in one of our animals, submit a no-commitment application immediately. Submitting an application does not commit you to any animal, but does get you a head start with the adoption approval process. Due to a high volume of applications, we are often unable to respond to questions until your application has been approved in approximately 3-5 business days.
We do not schedule meetings until you have an approved application.
A.R.F.-Animal Rescue Foundation does not have a facility where applicants can visit all of our animals. The majority of our dogs and cats are brought to adoption events by our volunteers. We invite everyone to come to our events, but we give priority to pre-approved applicants.
If you’re invited to meet an animal:
- Plan to arrive early, as we cannot hold animals for any reason.
- All human household members and dogs (if adopting another dog), must be present in order to be considered as a potential adopter.
Thank you for your interest and cooperation!
