Meet Isabella

Isabella is a four-year-old beautiful black and white tuxedo cat. She grew up in a home where she was the only cat and she had one adult human, so it was a quiet home. Isabella does not like children of any kind. They scare her and they make her very nervous.

She needs to be adopted into a home with adults and no children or grandchildren.

Isabella loves to sit on the cat perch and watch other cats play and she also likes to look through her windows at the Wheaton PetSmart Cat Center and watch the shoppers go by

Isabella is the Queen of her Castle (cat center) and she would absolutely be fine living as the only cat. She would also be willing to accept a quiet male cat that would not expect her to play. She would rather sit on the sidelines and observe.

Isabella plays with wand toys and the laser pointer dot. She also likes to watch bird videos on a tablet or iPad.

If you are interested in adopting Isabella, please fill out an application and we can talk and decide if your home would be a good fit for Isabella.

Isabella is micro-chipped, up to date on all vaccinations, spayed, and litter box trained.

Isabella's adoption fee is $135.  If you are interested in meeting Isabella, please fill out our Online Application today!

Once your application has been approved, an ARF volunteer will be able to contact you to arrange a meeting.

If a cat or dog is on our website, it is still available for adoption but might have other applicants. If you find yourself interested in one of our animals, submit a no-commitment application immediately. Submitting an application does not commit you to any animal, but does get you a head start with the adoption approval process. Due to a high volume of applications, we are often unable to respond to questions until your application has been approved in approximately 3-5 business days.

We do not schedule meetings until you have an approved application.

A.R.F.-Animal Rescue Foundation does not have a facility where applicants can visit all of our animals.  The majority of our dogs and cats are brought to adoption events by our volunteers. We invite everyone to come to our events, but we give priority to pre-approved applicants.

If you’re invited to meet an animal:

  • Plan to arrive early, as we cannot hold animals for any reason.
  • All human household members and dogs (if adopting another dog), must be present in order to be considered as a potential adopter.

Thank you for your interest and cooperation!
