Meet Bruce

Bruce is a handsome 10-year-old gentleman with a heart of gold and plenty of personality. This sweet, kind boy loves to chat with his people and will happily carry on a conversation while rewarding you with his loud, contented purrs.

One of Bruce's favorite things in the world is a good belly rub, and he's always ready to soak up affection from anyone willing to share some love. When he's not spending time with his humans, you'll likely find him relaxing in his beloved cat tower, keeping watch over his kingdom from the perfect perch.

Bruce may be carrying a few extra pounds, but don't let that fool you—he still has plenty of pep in his step and enjoys exploring, playing, and being part of the action. With his gentle nature, affectionate personality, and charming conversations, Bruce is the perfect companion for someone looking for a loyal feline friend. Bruce would also likely do well with other cats, friendly dogs, or older children, so he's a great fit for many homes!

If you're searching for a loving cat who will fill your home with purrs, companionship, and endless sweetness, Bruce is ready to meet you!

Bruce is microchipped, up-to-date on all vaccinations, neutered, and litter box trained. Bruce’s adoption fee is $135.  If you are interested in meeting him, please fill out our Online Application today! Once your application has been approved, an ARF volunteer will be able to contact you to arrange a meeting.

If a cat or dog is on our website, it is still available for adoption but might have other applicants. If you find yourself interested in one of our animals, submit a no-commitment application immediately. Submitting an application does not commit you to any animal, but does get you a head start with the adoption approval process. Due to a high volume of applications, we are often unable to respond to questions until your application has been approved in approximately 3-5 business days.

We do not schedule meetings until you have an approved application.

A.R.F.-Animal Rescue Foundation does not have a facility where applicants can visit all of our animals.  The majority of our dogs and cats are brought to adoption events by our volunteers. We invite everyone to come to our events, but we give priority to pre-approved applicants.

If you’re invited to meet an animal:

  • Plan to arrive early, as we cannot hold animals for any reason.
  • All human household members and dogs (if adopting another dog), must be present in order to be considered as a potential adopter.

Thank you for your interest and cooperation!
