Meet Bella
Bella is a 7 year old female Chihuahua who weighs in at 7.8 pounds. This dog's adoption fee is $350. If you are still interested, please read more below.
Bella is a sweet little Chihuahua with a heart full of love and a personality much bigger than her tiny size. Her favorite place in the world is curled up in someone’s lap, soaking up cuddles and giving endless kisses. If Bella had it her way, she would follow her humans around all day long just to stay close by and be part of everything they do.
Bella is in a foster home with other dogs but does not choose to interact with them at all. She likes to keep to herself and hang with her humans! She met some neighborhood children recently, and went right up to them and wanted to be held/pet! She has not been around cats, so how she does with them is unknown. Bella is housetrained and will use potty pads if needed.
This food-motivated girl never misses the sound of a treat bag opening and is always ready for a snack. She also has a huge love for walks — so much so that she’ll cry and beg until someone grabs the leash. Whether she’s trotting happily beside you or snuggled up in your arms afterward, Bella’s loving, loyal personality makes her impossible not to adore.
Bella is microchipped, up to date on all vaccinations, housebroken, and spayed. This dog's family will be required to complete a basic obedience course of their choosing. A meeting will not be scheduled until you have an approved application, so if you are interested in adopting this dog, fill out an Online Application today! Once your application has been approved, an ARF volunteer will contact you to arrange a meeting.

If a cat or dog is on our website, it is still available for adoption but might have other applicants. If you find yourself interested in one of our animals, submit a no-commitment application immediately. Submitting an application does not commit you to any animal, but does get you a head start with the adoption approval process. Due to a high volume of applications, we are often unable to respond to questions until your application has been approved in approximately 3-5 business days.
We do not schedule meetings until you have an approved application.
A.R.F.-Animal Rescue Foundation does not have a facility where applicants can visit all of our animals. The majority of our dogs and cats are brought to adoption events by our volunteers. We invite everyone to come to our events, but we give priority to pre-approved applicants.
If you’re invited to meet an animal:
- Plan to arrive early, as we cannot hold animals for any reason.
- All human household members and dogs (if adopting another dog), must be present in order to be considered as a potential adopter.
Thank you for your interest and cooperation!
