Meet Aristotle & Schrodinger (bonded pair)

Meet Aristotle and Schrodinger—an irresistible bonded pair of 11-week-old brothers with big personalities and even bigger hearts.

Aristotle, a striking black-and-white long-haired kitten, is the perfect mix of playful energy and cuddle bug. Full of spunk and curiosity, he’s always ready for an adventure, but his favorite place is in your arms. He absolutely loves being held and will happily melt into you for snuggles after playtime.

His brother Schrodinger, a handsome brown-and-white tabby, is the athlete of the duo. Agile, quick, and endlessly entertaining, he can turn just about anything into a game. Whether he’s chasing toys or showing off his impressive jumps, he keeps life fun. And just like his brother, he has a soft, affectionate side—he’s incredibly sweet and loves to curl up close for cuddles.

These boys share a special bond, having been bottle-fed from birth after losing their mama. Because of this, they are especially connected to each other and to their humans, thriving on love, attention, and companionship.

Aristotle and Schrodinger are looking for a forever home where they can stay together, continuing their journey side by side—bringing joy, laughter, and lots of snuggles to the lucky family who welcomes them in.

Both cats are micro-chipped, up to date on all vaccinations,

neutered

, and litter box trained.

Their combined adoption fee is $330 ($165x2).  Please note A.R.F. does not approve applications for any kitten under 6 months of age to families that live outside of Illinois and/or beyond 100 miles of Wheaton or Glen Ellyn, IL.

If you are interested in meeting Aristotle & Schrodinger, please fill out our

online kitten adoption application at https://www.arf-il.org/adopt/application/ today!

Once your application has been approved, an A.R.F. volunteer will be able to contact you to arrange a meeting.

If a cat or dog is on our website, it is still available for adoption but might have other applicants. If you find yourself interested in one of our animals, submit a no-commitment application immediately. Submitting an application does not commit you to any animal, but does get you a head start with the adoption approval process. Due to a high volume of applications, we are often unable to respond to questions until your application has been approved in approximately 3-5 business days.

We do not schedule meetings until you have an approved application.

A.R.F.-Animal Rescue Foundation does not have a facility where applicants can visit all of our animals.  The majority of our dogs and cats are brought to adoption events by our volunteers. We invite everyone to come to our events, but we give priority to pre-approved applicants.

If you’re invited to meet an animal:

  • Plan to arrive early, as we cannot hold animals for any reason.
  • All human household members and dogs (if adopting another dog), must be present in order to be considered as a potential adopter.

Thank you for your interest and cooperation!
