Meet Spiffy
Spiffy, along with his siblings Nifty and Snazzy, are the MOST affectionate kittens that I've ever had (and that's over 500 kittens, if anyone is counting!) The second that anyone walks into their room, they swarm! These babies want nothing but endless attention. If you're the type that doesn't enjoy holding a kitten like a baby, or having them reach up and gently touch your face with their paws when they want love, or insist on laying in your lap or being held, or getting constant kisses, then these kittens are not for you. I dare you to find a kitten more outgoing and loving than these babies.
Not only are these babies some amazing cuddlers, they have loads of kitten energy and can play endlessly. Their favorite toys are wand toys, by far, but they also love chasing springs and playing with their ball tower. They love cat trees, so they can climb way up high in front of a nice big window and baske in the sunshine.
While these babies would love nothing more than to be adopted to a home where they can live their furry lives together, we know that's a lot to ask. Amazing adopters willing to adopt three kitties are hard to come by, but it does happen, so we'll just keep our fingers crossed! If they aren't adopted together, they would love to go to a home that has another playful furry friend. These babies all do well with other cats and kids of any age. They are so laid back, I'm sure they would do well with a nice doggy too. I have no doubt they can adjust to any family or living situation very easily.
We encourage you to consider adopting kittens in pairs! There are several reasons why Spiffy would do good with a friend, including:
- Two kittens keep each other entertained - they will play and get all their energy out on each other in time for snuggles with you!
- Having two kittens to play with each other prevents potential "I'm lonely and bored" behavioral issues.
- Watching two kittens wrestle is quite possibly the cutest thing you will ever see.
- The kittens will teach each other "how to cat" and learn to be more social with humans and people.
- You'll save two lives instead of one!
Spiffy is microchipped, up to date on all vaccinations, neutered and litter box trained.
Spiffy's adoption fee is $165. If you are interested in meeting Spiffy, please fill out our online kitten adoption application at https://www.arf-il.org/adopt/application/ today!
Once your application has been approved, an A.R.F. volunteer will be able to contact you to arrange a meeting.

If a cat or dog is on our website, it is still available for adoption but might have other applicants. If you find yourself interested in one of our animals, submit a no-commitment application immediately. Submitting an application does not commit you to any animal, but does get you a head start with the adoption approval process. Due to a high volume of applications, we are often unable to respond to questions until your application has been approved in approximately 3-5 business days.
We do not schedule meetings until you have an approved application.
A.R.F.-Animal Rescue Foundation does not have a facility where applicants can visit all of our animals. The majority of our dogs and cats are brought to adoption events by our volunteers. We invite everyone to come to our events, but we give priority to pre-approved applicants.
If you’re invited to meet an animal:
- Plan to arrive early, as we cannot hold animals for any reason.
- All human household members and dogs (if adopting another dog), must be present in order to be considered as a potential adopter.
Thank you for your interest and cooperation!
