Meet Bugsy & Roo (bonded pair)

Are you looking for a pair of the cutest snugglers of all time to add to your family?! Well GOOD NEWS! Bugsy & Roo are adoptable! Bugsy & Roo are six month old kittens who LOVE love.

Bugsy is a long-haired kitten who adores belly rubs. Once you are his person, he will run up to you and flop on his back so that you will give him snuggles and scratches. His favorite thing in the entire world is his brush. I honestly have never seen a kitten love an inanimate object as much as he does… If I tap his brush on the floor and say “wanna get brushed?”, Bugsy runs up to me purring and starts brushing himself by rubbing all over it! He is just a happy go lucky kitten and will make the perfect companion to a loving family.

Roo is a short-haired grey kitten who honestly does it all. She purrs and asks for belly rubs. She climbs up on your shoulder so that she can hug your head. She cuddles up by your legs for nap time. And she is an Olympian jumper when you play with a feather wand with her! Roo’s favorite thing is getting attention from any human or animal. She wants nothing more than to be your best friend.

Bugsy & Roo are FeLV positive. Cats with FeLV can live normal lives for prolonged periods of time, and these babies have lots of love to give to the right family! Though they love other cats, these kittens can only live in a home with other FeLV positive cats. FeLV cannot be transmitted to dogs or other non-cats – and good news: Bugsy & Roo are dog friendly! Roo runs straight up to the 85-pound dog in her foster home, purring and asking to be best friends. Bugsy takes a more cautious approach, but it is clear that he would be perfectly comfortable in a home with a canine sibling.

Bugsy & Roo are ready to find their forever family. If you think they might be a good fit, apply today!

Bugsy and Roo are microchipped, up to date on all vaccinations, spayed/neutered, and litter box trained.

Bugsy and Roo's combined adoption fee is $250. If you are interested in meeting Bugsy and Roo, please fill out our online kitten adoption application at today!

Once your application has been approved, an A.R.F. volunteer will contact you to arrange a meeting.

If a cat or dog is on our website, it is still available for adoption but might have other applicants. If you find yourself interested in one of our animals, submit a no-commitment application immediately. Submitting an application does not commit you to any animal, but does get you a head start with the adoption approval process. Due to a high volume of applications, we are often unable to respond to questions until your application has been approved in approximately 3-5 business days.

We do not schedule meetings until you have an approved application.

A.R.F.-Animal Rescue Foundation does not have a facility where applicants can visit our animals.  The majority of our dogs and cats are brought to adoption events by our volunteers. We invite everyone to come to our events, but we give priority to pre-approved applicants.

If you’re invited to meet an animal:

  • Plan to arrive on time (or early), as we cannot hold animals for any reason.
  • All human household members and dogs (if adopting another dog), must be present in order to be considered as a potential adopter.

Thank you for your interest and cooperation!
