Meet Muffin

Muffin is a love of a cat looking for a forever home. Muffin lived in a loving home for the first 6 years of her life and then was surrendered to ARF after her human could no longer care for her. She was so scared and confused. Muffin has blossomed in her foster home and we are asking that you only consider adopting Muffin if it’s forever. She is such a sweet girl. She loves to be brushed, getting pets, and she loves laying as close to her foster mom as she can get. She even likes to be carried around by her foster dad!

Muffin weighs 18.5 pounds so adopting Muffin will require that you work directly with her vet to set up a healthy eating plan for her so that she can drop some pounds. Muffin has been evaluated at the vet and she has no health issues related to her weight and thinks she’s just like any other cat. She likes to run up and down the stairs at her foster home.

Muffin is a queen and would do best in a home where she can be showered with all the cat attention she deserves.

Muffin is a 6 year old female who is micro-chipped, up to date on all vaccinations, spayed, and litter box trained. Muffin's adoption fee is $110.  If you are interested in meeting Muffin, please fill out our Online Application today!

Once your application has been approved, an ARF volunteer will be able to contact you to arrange a meeting.

If a cat or dog is on our website, it is still available for adoption but might have other applicants. If you find yourself interested in one of our animals, submit a no-commitment application immediately. Submitting an application does not commit you to any animal, but does get you a head start with the adoption approval process. Due to a high volume of applications, we are often unable to respond to questions until your application has been approved in approximately 3-5 business days.

We do not schedule meetings until you have an approved application.

A.R.F.-Animal Rescue Foundation does not have a facility where applicants can visit our animals.  The majority of our dogs and cats are brought to adoption events by our volunteers. We invite everyone to come to our events, but we give priority to pre-approved applicants.

If you’re invited to meet an animal:

  • Plan to arrive on time (or early), as we cannot hold animals for any reason.
  • All human household members and dogs (if adopting another dog), must be present in order to be considered as a potential adopter.

Thank you for your interest and cooperation!
