Meet Greyson

Greyson is a 5 year old male Terrier mix who weighs in at 68 pounds.  This dog's adoption fee is $400.  If you are still interested, please read more below.

This unique boy is a happy, loyal, fun fellow with one brown eye and one white eye, one ear up and one ear down and an adorable white stripe down the middle of his face.

Greyson is timid at first with new people but warms up quickly. He is a well behaved gentleman in the house, loves his crate and loves to play with a ball. Whether you have a pack of dogs, or none, Greyson is your dog!

Here is some of what Greyson's foster from Texas has to say about him:

Greyson has been absolutely wonderful and deserves his own home!

He has been around kids 8 and up and does great!  He lets you hug him and touch his ears, paws, and head everywhere.  He would likely do great with any age.  He is also super amazing with other dogs and has gotten along with all he has met.

He has done amazing around the cats and would do well in a home with a cat.

He will investigate them cautiously a little but mostly ignores them.

Greyson knows sit and go outside.  H

e will walk by the door or sit by door when he needs to go potty.  He will go in his crate when it is time to eat and will sit, look at you, and wait for his food calmly.    He eats in his crate with the door open.  He walks well with a harness, however, will occasionally run, so further training would be beneficial.

Greyson is microchipped, up to date on all vaccinations, housebroken, and neutered.  This dog's family will be required to complete a basic obedience course of their choosing.  A meeting will not be scheduled until you have an approved application, so if you are interested in adopting this dog, fill out an Online Application today!  Once your application has been approved, an ARF volunteer will contact you to arrange a meeting.

If a cat or dog is on our website, it is still available for adoption but might have other applicants. If you find yourself interested in one of our animals, submit a no-commitment application immediately. Submitting an application does not commit you to any animal, but does get you a head start with the adoption approval process. Due to a high volume of applications, we are often unable to respond to questions until your application has been approved in approximately 3-5 business days.

We do not schedule meetings until you have an approved application.

A.R.F.-Animal Rescue Foundation does not have a facility where applicants can visit our animals.  The majority of our dogs and cats are brought to adoption events by our volunteers. We invite everyone to come to our events, but we give priority to pre-approved applicants.

If you’re invited to meet an animal:

  • Plan to arrive on time (or early), as we cannot hold animals for any reason.
  • All human household members and dogs (if adopting another dog), must be present in order to be considered as a potential adopter.

Thank you for your interest and cooperation!
