Generally our volunteers should be 18 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Exceptions may be made by an Officer of ARF. I understand that any bites or injuries caused by an animal are to be reported immediately to an ARF Officer. By submitting this application, Volunteer hereby knowingly and voluntarily waives and releases ARF and/or its representatives from any and all claims which may accrue him/her, his/her heirs, guardians, administrators, executors, or assignee, including his/her attorney fees and court costs arising out of, or in connection with, being a volunteer.
