Meet Cindie (Front Paw Declaw Bonded Pair)

Cindie and Callie are two sisters looking to find their forever home after their beloved owner passed away in June. This was the only home they’d ever known and were understandably heartbroken to lose the safety and security of their former life.

These girls are resilient, though, and are showing how much love they have to give to another family. Callie loves to lay on the bed and receive scratches and snuggles – she will give you lots of kisses in return! Cindie loves to be petted but will come to you when she’s ready (she does find it hard to resist a catnip toy, though!) As you can see, both Cindie and Callie will need some help to reach a healthier weight – no special food or medication required, just good old fashioned “diet” and exercise. Though they are short haired kitties, their extra weight makes grooming a little harder and they would love someone who could give them a little brushing from time to time (it’s so relaxing!) Cindie and Callie would do best in a quiet, adult home. They have been around children in their foster but are used to a more low-key lifestyle and hope to get back to that soon. Both cats are front paw declawed but still love scratching toys for fun!

Callie and Cindie are micro-chipped, up to date on all vaccinations, spayed, and litter box trained.

Callie and Cindie's combined adoption fee is $350. If you are interested in meeting Cindie and Callie, please fill out our Online Application today!

Once your application has been approved, an ARF volunteer will be able to contact you to arrange a meeting.

If a cat or dog is on our website, it is still available for adoption but might have other applicants. If you find yourself interested in one of our animals, submit a no-commitment application immediately. Submitting an application does not commit you to any animal, but does get you a head start with the adoption approval process. Due to a high volume of applications, we are often unable to respond to questions until your application has been approved in approximately 3-5 business days.

We do not schedule meetings until you have an approved application.

A.R.F.-Animal Rescue Foundation does not have a facility where applicants can visit our animals.  The majority of our dogs and cats are brought to adoption events by our volunteers. We invite everyone to come to our events, but we give priority to pre-approved applicants.

If you’re invited to meet an animal:

  • Plan to arrive on time (or early), as we cannot hold animals for any reason.
  • All human household members and dogs (if adopting another dog), must be present in order to be considered as a potential adopter.

Thank you for your interest and cooperation!
