Meet Celia
Hi! My name is Celia but my friends call me CeCe. You may call me Celia... for now!
I started my days outside in the big huge (and often cold) world. My foster mama brought me in one day with my babies. I won’t lie, it was hard at first. Apparently my street cred didn’t earn me any extra wet food? It did, however, earn me lots of treats while my foster hooman worked to bribe me for my love. Yes, okay, it’s working! I can’t help it! I love the treats! Don’t worry though, I’m still holding out for more treats.
I spend everyday with my foster hooman while she works. I don’t know if you can tell by the pictures but I am kind of like her supervisor. Without me, she’d never get the job done! I think she does a good job but I’m taking applicants to fill her role and, hopefully, stay with me forever. In order for me to be your supervisor, please ensure that you meet the following criteria;
- must be easily begged for treats
- must know that I am the boss
- must give me some treats
- must call me a pretty girl at least 45 times per day
- must remember the treats
- please don’t forget the treats
- treats
Salary: A lifetime supply of sassy cat attitude and the opportunity to give me treats
Celia is a 1 year old female who is micro-chipped, up to date on all vaccinations, spayed, and litter box trained.
Celia's adoption fee is $95. If you are interested in meeting Celia, please fill out our Online Application today!
Once your application has been approved, an ARF volunteer will be able to contact you to arrange a meeting.

If a cat or dog is on our website, it is still available for adoption but might have other applicants. If you find yourself interested in one of our animals, submit a no-commitment application immediately. Submitting an application does not commit you to any animal, but does get you a head start with the adoption approval process. Due to a high volume of applications, we are often unable to respond to questions until your application has been approved in approximately 3-5 business days.
We do not schedule meetings until you have an approved application.
A.R.F.-Animal Rescue Foundation does not have a facility where applicants can visit our animals. The majority of our dogs and cats are brought to adoption events by our volunteers. We invite everyone to come to our events, but we give priority to pre-approved applicants.
If you’re invited to meet an animal:
- Plan to arrive on time (or early), as we cannot hold animals for any reason.
- All human household members and dogs (if adopting another dog), must be present in order to be considered as a potential adopter.
Thank you for your interest and cooperation!
