Meet Nebula (with Nova)

Nebula is a rambunctious curious kitten who is almost constantly purring. She and her sister are inseparable, they are always playing together or cuddling with each other while napping. Its almost impossible to get a photo of one without the other in it. Nebula will want to immediately explore every inch of your home, with her sister not too far behind. She has beautiful tortie colored fur and an adorable tail that lays almost flat against her back when shes happy, almost like a squirrel tail.

She and her sister Nova were caught outside together and were originally thought to be feral, so they were both spayed, vaccinated and ear tipped in order to be released outside to live there, but the shelter quickly realized how far from feral they are! That’s where ARF stepped in and quickly got them a foster home, where it took less than 24 hours of them being there for the two of them to be purring and laying on their fosters lap.

They survived together while living outside as kittens in the cold winter weather, so they deserve to stay together living in a warm home with a loving adopter.

Their foster has a Facebook page called “Foster Whiskers” for more pictures and videos of the girls.

Nebula is 5 months old (as of 2/15/20), micro-chipped, up to date on all vaccinations, spayed, and litter box trained.

Nebula's adoption fee is $125.  If you are interested in meeting Nebula, please fill out our Online Application today!

Once your application has been approved, an ARF volunteer will be able to contact you to arrange a meeting.

If a cat or dog is on our website, it is still available for adoption but might have other applicants. If you find yourself interested in one of our animals, submit a no-commitment application immediately. Submitting an application does not commit you to any animal, but does get you a head start with the adoption approval process. Due to a high volume of applications, we are often unable to respond to questions until your application has been approved in approximately 3-5 business days.

We do not schedule meetings until you have an approved application.

A.R.F.-Animal Rescue Foundation does not have a facility where applicants can visit our animals.  The majority of our dogs and cats are brought to adoption events by our volunteers. We invite everyone to come to our events, but we give priority to pre-approved applicants.

If you’re invited to meet an animal:

  • Plan to arrive on time (or early), as we cannot hold animals for any reason.
  • All human household members and dogs (if adopting another dog), must be present in order to be considered as a potential adopter.

Thank you for your interest and cooperation!
