adoptions, we do require each potential adopter to submit an Adoption
Application. For more information about

*Please note that we cannot consider you for
an adoption until we receive a completed application. We
welcome your questions, but inquiring about an animal is not
considered an application. Only approved applications will be
considered in the decision making process. We
accept only the following forms of payment for Adoption
Fees: Cash, and Visa,
MasterCard or Discover at PetSmart adoption events only! (A small
convenience fee of $5.00 will be added to credit card transactions.)
We do not accept any type of check for adoption fees.
